The 12V 100AH – Pro Series is the flagship of Volthium technology. It features a high-performance BMS, an on/off button, a self-heating system, a cooling system, as well as built-in Bluetooth functionality (2 M12 communication ports), all ultra-compact and lightweight in an IP67-certified group 27 format.

Thanks to its high-performance BMS, this battery allows you to start your boat gas engines (starting current 800 CCA) but also serves as a deep cycle battery.

The integrated cooling plate allows the heat generated during use under high intensity to be removed from the battery, thus preventing the battery from entering high heat protection mode.

Perfectly adapted to the nautical world with its IP67 certification, its CSA UL1973 certification, and its compliance with ABYC standards with the possibility of programming audible and visual alerts.

Plus, this battery includes our all-new alternator protection technology. The latter allows the incoming load to be deactivated when the current exceeds the threshold designated in the mobile application. This helps protect the integrity of the alternator while making installation as easy as possible for the end user. The alternator protection must be activated and set in the “Volthium Pro Series” application. It is important to emphasize that the integration of a DC-DC controller would offer the benefit of continuous charging, thus preventing an unintentional shutdown if a limit is exceeded.

Volthium’s 12V 100 Ah Pro-series allows customers to activate the alternator’s protection technology. With this new feature, the user can now easily install their battery without having to purchase additional accessories such as a DC-DC regulator, or a lithium-compatible battery monitor, traditionally required for alternator protection. In addition, the intervention of a professional installer is not required either.

This means that if the current produced by the alternator exceeds 70 A, the battery would reject the excess 10 seconds after crossing the threshold set in the mobile app.
